South Beach Hotel, Troon
7 pm for 7:30 pm

Bubbly reception on arrival

Three course meal with a glass of wine with the main course

Prize giving


Carriages at 12:30 am

Menu for the evening

Chefs Homemade Soup.
Served with a Freshly Baked Roll.

South Beach Cocktail
Local Langoustine, Smoked Salmon and King Prawns with a Marie Rose Sauce.

Stornoway Black Pudding
Creamed Savoy Cabbage & Smoked Ayrshire Bacon, mashed potato, poached egg & a West Coast Malt Whisky jus.


Ayrshire Pork Fillet
Carrot and parsnip puree, haggis bon bons, heather honey, tarragon and West Coast Malt Whisky cream.

Seabass Fillet
With a King Prawn and tarragon beurre blanc.

Slow Roast Leg of Galloway Lamb
Freshly baked Yorkshire Pudding and an apple mint jus.

Sticky Toffee Pudding with a Rich Butterscotch Sauce

The entertainment for the evening will be provided by

“Ebb & Flow”.

The raffle will be raising funds for the TCC & includes a number of great prizes from local retailers and sailing specialists.
